Ace pneumatics pvt.ltd started in 1993 ,and we have been on an epic ride ever since. From our humble beginning as manufacturer of pneumatic chisel, steel rod to manufacturer of paving breakers & Rock breakers. We have state of art manufacturing facilities at Ahmednagar, India with over 85 well trained and committed employees.

Our products are divided into three major categories: tools used for the demolition or cutting of concrete, small chipping &hammer tools which are used by the general constructionand hydraulic rock breakers used for major exuviation, demolition works.

We are working with vast national distributor network as well as we are serving international market also. These type working helped us to maintain and exceed quality standard maintain delivery schedule & maintain product cost effectively. Our Story

Since ACE PNEUMATICS started in 1993,By Anthony Nazareth as manufacturer of pneumatic chisel, steel rod with simple motto of customer satisfaction & quality product at an affordable price.

Company started to produce pneumatic chisel & verity of steel rod .Within the first three years of establishment of the ACE PNEUMATICS produced its first Paving Breaker ACE 21PB .It was just beginning for the ACE PNEUMATICS after that company introduced many other product in the market. Currently company is enjoying a 40% share in the demolition tools market in India.

These accomplishments could not have been achieved without the extended efforts of long time dedicated employees and the many fine distributors who have provided loyal support over these years. ACE PNEUMATICS extends its very sincere thanks to these employees and distributors.

The tools are manufactured in the state of art facility, with the best of VMC; CNC, NC controlled heat treatment plant. The TQM process is adhered right from the selection of the best quality of alloy steel with stringent in process inspection and quality management till the product is finally accepted in totality

We have separate inspection department which test every tool’s performance &strength which must follow with our rigorousacceptance norms.This facility ensure that each product delivers to the customer should meet the performance & quality assorted with ACE PNEUMATICS quality policy.

We deliver every tool with its operating manual, technical details to meet customer requirement.
